I created Beautifully Unstable because I’m done hiding.
Done shrinking.
Done pretending I’m fine when I’m falling apart inside.
My journey hasn’t been easy; from childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, and a suicide attempt that nearly silenced me forever… to the crushing weight of single motherhood and the ache of feeling completely lost, like I had no purpose. I’ve felt the world collapsing on my chest while trying to keep it all together. And I know I’m not alone.
For too long, I carried my pain in silence. Why?
Because I was scared.
Scared I’d lose my job. (And I did.)
Scared of being judged, misunderstood, labeled “unstable.”
But here’s the thing:
Sharing your truth is not weakness.
Struggling does not make you broken.
Living with mental health challenges does not make you unworthy.
It’s time we speak up.
It’s time we stop apologizing for being human.
This blog is for every woman who’s ever questioned her worth because of her mind.
Every woman who’s ever cried in silence.
Every woman who’s felt too much, too deeply, and been told that’s a bad thing.
You are not “too much.”
You are not “crazy.”
You are beautifully human.
We can be struggling and still be powerful. We can be anxious and still be amazing mothers, wives, daughters, leaders, friends, and women.
Because we are enough.
I am enough.
You are enough.
And together, we are stronger.
Let’s build a space of truth, strength, and sisterhood. A place where healing is messy, growth is sacred, and nobody walks alone.
Will you walk with me?
